I love it here. I accidently deleted what i originally wrote so here is a very brief summary of what i wrote.
The office manager Heather is very blunt and honest, but you know where you stand with her. The maintance guy, James, had to leave to go fix another Shang-Rammco property but is back and i see him running every where to fix whatever is wrong. I've heard that he's the only licensed AC guy for the texas part of the company. That's cool.
I had a lot of little problems when I first moved in, and i thought that what was wrong would be read and fixed from my "damage sheet". I was wrong and when I figured out that I had to turn in a maintance request it got fixed in less than two days with the job done right.
I used to live in the apartment over looking the pool, and loved the view. I saw a guy making the nice stone walls around the pool area and greatly improving the wonderful view. (i've moved to another treehouse apt since i originally wrote this...)
I found out when I first moved in that they would be doing work on the wood sidings of the buildings and know that it would take time to do it right. And so far the work they have completed looks awesome!!!!
Oh and I love the fact that I don't have to pay a waterbill. I paid a waterbill to the city of Huntsville before I moved here and that just sucked. So this place is awesome.
(Damn I lost my good picture from the inside of the place without any of my stuff in there, taken before I moved in. Oh well, I put another one that i took from my balcony during a rain shower last summer.)

I'll second this writer's opinion of the Treehouse staff. I lived at this location for five and a half years, and the last set of management and maintenance people who arrived in the two years before I left (Heather, Megan, TJ) were the best. I am glad to see that they seem to have endured and that they are still working at the property. They were always polite and helpful to me (and sometimes even friendly!), and they did manage to complete work orders in a timely manner - depending on the number of requests they had outstanding at a given time.
I suspect that if you too are polite and friendly and if you get to know or interact with them before you have problems while things are good that some of these complaints about service might be dismissed.

I am a real person, and this was a picture taken from my apartment before I moved in. I happened to have my camera with me the first day I viewed the apartment and I thought it would make a great picture. I have moved from the pool area to another place on this property and i still love the place. You wouldn't want to see a picture of my place with all the stuff in it. And just because I pay attention to peoples actions (those of the management) does not mean I'm management. I asked them one day if they can even get on this website and post anything, and they said that they can't. So laugh all you want and miss out on a good place to live for the right price. :-) Ha. ~Amy~
