Stay away from this apartment complex!! I travel with my job and in turn have lived in quiet a few apartment complexes. This has by far been the worst one I have lived in!!! The apartments and grounds aren t THAT bad. I would give them 3 or 4 stars. Not enough storage or shelve space for me. (My kitchen has two very small drawers and a couple cabinets so I had to buy plastic shelving units to put my pots, pans, and hand towels in.) Other than that they are livable and nice for the price. The management is the WORST and why I say stay away!! We caught them in a couple of lies and shady dealings in just the one 6 month lease we lived her for. During this time they also lost rent, deposits, and documents. We had to copy things for them or prove they cashed our checks. Talking to other tenants this is not a rare occurrence here. The old manger was really nice and helpful but they fired her. The reason I know this is because the maintenance man and a manager that just came back from maternity leave ( I think her name is -------) are VERY unprofessional and talk bad about her, each other, and share tenant info to the other tenants here. ------- is VERY rude!! She is extremely tacky, skanky, and unprofessional. The maintenance men don t know there jobs and will tell you they will fix something and NEVER do. I lived here for 6 months and they still hadn t fixed things when I left that were on my move in sheet!! I had asked them about it and at one point even wrote something up and turned it in to get these things fixed and they never got around to it. The -------------is the worst one!! The other one at least tries and is always busy. If you own this apartment complex FIRE your staff because they are single handedly running your tenants off. We are not the only ones that left because of them! I don t know how they are getting any positive reviews unless they are the ones writing them, because I haven t talked to one person here who thinks highly of them.

If you think the pen is mightier than the sword you are wrong. You must have commmeted a lease violation and been asked to leave. -------'s not rude, she just tells it like it is. And the "------------" -----, will do the same as -------, tell you like it is. And anything that breaks is fixed promptly. Also the following quote is wrong: "The maintenance men don t know there jobs and will tell you they will fix something and NEVER do. I lived here for 6 months and they still hadn t fixed things when I left that were on my move in sheet!!" Your move in sheet is NOT a "to fix list", you need to fill out a maintance request form. And a simple question to the "old manager" that "was really nice" would have saved you that problem, I asked her the same thing.

------- is the old manager she has been here for years. The maintenace team is trained and certified and completes your work orders within a timely manner if you let them. This person is probably getting kicked out for not paying their rent or something. I really hate it when people say ugly things because they are mad or their screwed up and want to blame it on someone else. I love living here.

I was talking about Megan and NO she is not there anymore. Not only did I fill out the sheet of things to be fixed when I first moved in but went to the office multiple times to ask for them to fix these things. The response to this and the things written blindly just show the poor management style. I was not kicked out or late on any payments I moved out because of the poor management and didn't want to spend anymore time or money in a mold infested apt. Seriously would you want to live at an apartment complex that would write things like this? Why should you have to even ask for the simple things to be done in a really nice way for them to just fix things? I did ask nicely and they still didn't do it but to say that you need to ask nicely for them to help you out when it is there job to begin with!!!??? This just shows how imature and unprofessional they are. Also look at the dates and do you really think that this wasn't done by the same person?! This apartment management is crap!

not paying rent or other issues would be evicted witch is public record go look that up pen boy you wont find it cause it didnt happen they just suck

they are horrible at fixing things.... and they are very rude! i totaly agree with the one who could not get any thing fixed it is never there fault! and they were always getting to it! this place is horrible!
