In all fairness the apartment is nice to you once you move in here. They are very courteous and quick to resolve an issues you may have. But once you move in, they no longer are dirven to fix or take care of your issues.

We do have issues that we noticed once we moved in that are (2 months later)still needing to be fixed. I am upset that we requested an apartment with a washer and dryer and first floor but we were reserved to an apartment on the second floor without a washer and dryer. We settled for a first floor without a washer and dryer which lead me to the next issue the laundry rooms here are awful half of the machines do not work and the ones that do work do not do the greatest job I have to dry, my clothes 3x in order for them to be dry.

I noticed a previous post here about the gutters being overflowing with debris which I do find true ther is also an issue with garbage being left near the parking lot.

We also never got our second copies of our apartment key, mailbox key, or pool pass. We have no water pressure and still are waiting for repairs on that as well.

The apartment complex does have it's noise issues the first week I was here the police and fire departments were here twice. There is also loud music and people who seem to have no respect for others who wander around yelling at each other late at night.

There is another issue that is not related to the apartment itself but I think those moving from out of the area as I did may need to be aware of if you plan on using cable or internet the only company that services the area are highway robbery. We pay 160.00 move cable and Internet services that would normally cost only 90.00 with companies that service larger areas. We unfortunately have no choice due to the need for these services for school and work.

I also note that there are some reviews here that frankly sound exactly like they are from the aprtment complex managers. I am sorry but people are not idiots and they can see through the falsness.

I would tell anyone who wants to live in the area to try to find another area near here.

Xenom, I do not live near the back of the apartment where the trees are. And I was just reaffirming the statement of a previous poster I really don't care about gutters...I do care about other issues that I do have. I will take your advice and write them down so that I can make sure they have a copy I will also write it down myself as I have found that if I document everything that I do as far a apartments are concerned it works better for me. I have been burned by apartment complexes in the past so I document everything now I guess documenting repair requests does not seem so absurd. As far as sleeping I would love to sleep through it but it is hard when you have people yelling outside my window, that is what prevents me from sleeping. I only mentioned the second key because on my lease it says that I was issued two apartment keys, two mail box keys, and a pool pass. I only received one of each of the keys and no pool pass. What I do find interesting is that these are the type of responses that I mentioned in my post this seems to be a post from the managers or a staff member and not a resident.

the apartment staff is nice to you once you move and before, they are courteous and quick to resolve issues you may have. we all have issues when we first move in to an apartment thats why we get a checklist from managment. And if you verbally told someone that something is needing to be fixed forget about it write it down and hand it to one of the managers, it works better this way for me. And i been renting for ten years. And about the washer/dryer int the apartment that you didnt get mr.ananomyous well thats all you, you shouldnt of settled. The laundry room machines arent the complexes, come on you know that the owner has his stickers all over the machines call them if you got a problem with one of the machines. And you prolly gotta dry your clothes 3x cause you over load the dryer, ive done it before. The gutters, are you serious does it bother you so much that you live under shaded areas with trees that loose folage. Of coarse the gutters will get full of leaves and such. I dont think the maitnance staff can clean them anyways. Im not sure. But it doesnt bother me that much. Besides maitnance is always fixing problems with tenants. Forget the gutters fix my toilet right. And the garbage yeah, thats all the neighbors thinking they live in a third world country and can just toss it anywhere. I complained about this myself. Ask Amber or Heather about the trash and what they do to ppl they see tossing it about. Now the issue with the second key to the apartment and the mailbox and the pool, well i couldnt get one for my girlfriend b/c she wasnt on the lease which is technically true. so i just added her to the lease and that took no time at all and got my second keys for her. I never had a issue with the water pressure but if i did i would have wrote it down and turned it in to one of the girls. So they could get it fixed, it seems to get my things fixed faster this way. Noise what apartment complex doesnt have noise or even a nice sub-division. Other than them working on making the complex look better i had no issues. Loud music sure i would hear some but not for long with my trustee pen and paper handy. I would write complaints and not worry again. And ppl yelling at night well i cant hear all that cause im asleep. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and their family its a good place to live. With friendly Managment and a excellent maitnance team. Thanks Treehouse for making my life easier.
