We moved here from out of the area. Took to the web to find out if it was a good place or not. Wow TONS have changed since the last review 2 years ago! The refuse to repair anything! We have had a leak since we moved in. It took us 3 months for them to finally admit that yes there is a leak! ( even though I was useing a shop vac and obtaining 6 gallons of water a day from my carpet!) Then they looked me in the eye and as snotty as they could said "what do you want me to do about it'" After calling the health inspector as well as the corporate office we now live with huge gapeing holes in our ceiling so they can "find the leak" but since cutting the holes they have not even stepped foot into my apartment! The closest they come is to my door to drop off notices saying that we did not pay for this or that. When we bring them our reciept they come back the next day with another so called bill. This place is awful I recommend that you take your money elsewhere the staff is rude hateful and mean and obviously lazy! The playground is run by older kids who terrorize the younger kids. There are no activities for kids of any age. My car has been broken into several times. And 9 times out of 10 the pool is closed.
