The forest setting of these apartments is beautiful. Unfortunately, they are poorly kept up with algae on the sides of the building and sidewalks, chipped and pealing paint on the trim (the main siding is Hardiplank and brick). Repairs are minimal. Some areas lack sufficient parking spaces for the residents. The gate is frequently broken. There is no limit to the number of pets nor there size so I have had 2 large dogs above me that sound like a herd of cattle roaming above. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

The reason you hear the dogs above you is because there is very little of nothing between the floors. The ceilings are attached to metals strips instead of 2x4's,and very little insullation in the walls. This was evident when they had a fire here in 2006.They do restrict certain dog breeds from what I am told, such as Pit Bulls, Dobermans, but they do have a Pit Bull here and I guess it is here to stay as I have been here 3 yrs. and it is still here. I was told there was nothing they can do about it. Duh! Don't renew the lease!
