Been living here for 3 months and have had no issues.

The location is out of the way, so you don't get any noise or unwanted visitors.

The gates are always functioning.

I had one problem when I found ants in the bathroom and pest control were out the next day. Either the neighbours are mice or the walls are really thick as we can't hear the neighbours on either side or above! We hear some people going up and down the stairs some nights, but nothing inconvenient.

I would prefer the gym to be bigger.

Recommended and much better than the other options in the Conroe area.

All I can say in response to this post is this is not a true picture of this complex. The walls are thin, no ceiling fans in the living room, doesn't help when it gets really hot,and they can't even install them because the sheetrock is held up there by thin metal strips. Gives you an idea of the construction of the entire area. Dog mess is everywhere although residents are supposed to clean up after their pets.

It's a true picture from my experience here, which has been a pleasant one. It could easily be ALOT worse. You can't base the entire complex on your one bad experience. I should also add, anytime I've needed maintenance, they have been knocking at my door within an hour of me reporting the problem.

To the post above me: No but the complex can be based on EVERYONES bad experiences. ANd this is not the only one. ive seem perhaps 2 good ones and i dont know WHERE those people were living! They must have hearing problems is all i can guess. And if you got maintenance within a couple hours.. count yourself lucky . I still have ceiling leaks from hurricane IKE! Whatever
