Office Staff totally rude. Maintence a joke. Grounds NOT kept up, LOUD music all day and night, prices NOT competitive for Conroe. You can find a much better deal in and around Conroe. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I also got in on a special, but I am told they will hang us at renewal. I do not want to move, but will if they go up at all. Yes, the electric bill is really high because these apartments are not built well. Someone has to let the owners know about the way the office staff and Maintenance staff perform. It is really sad. Thanks for the response.

Im not sure about a much better deal in Conroe in that area, although i got in on a special , i think my apt normally goes for over 950.00 But i do agree with everything else. Im about ready to choke my downstairs neighbors, the office staff doesnt care about the residents or problems. I still have roof leaks from Ike and my electric bill is always almost 200 dollars even in winter. And im VERY conservative with the electricity etc.

im on the third floor in a one bedroom and my electric bill is at most 65 also I dont hear loud music all day and all night its normally quiet
