	Grouds stay dirty ,no security ,your car will get broken into,tire(s),radio,personal belonging,anything will get stolen.Make you pay for rent ,but nothing get done to your unit, it´s a rip off. The maintenance stinks, lazy ,unskilled and have non-professional behavior.
