Converse in general is a dangerous place! The Walmart that shares the parking lot with this complex is the same one those kids were killed at last year. To be such a new property I had many many maintenance issues. Plumbing, flooding, bugs, crime , and especially noise. They have recently built a carwash on the front side of the property that is always making all kinds of noise and making it difficult to sleep. My guest and my own car were constantly be broken into, and the complex claimed they could do nothing about it... Customer service was somthing these people have never ever heard of!! When I finally moved out they charged me like $ 1500 dollars to do whatever to my apartment, (which I had already had professionally cleaned and re painted). I was only there for four months.

correction: KID that was killed last year, and converse isnt dangerous, just the surrounding neighborhoods are that share the wal mart. and any apartment complex you move in there is a chance your car will get broken into
