I wanted to say that it is a shame, to see all the bad reviews. Towne East was a really nice place, I knew our maintanence man personally and he worked his ass off. The staff didn't charge us a deposit because we were military. They evicted the trash and kept it VERY NICE. I remember the first day we have a welcome package with hand towels and various kitchen items. I just want to write this so the current management could do some research and get back to the day. I know property management is hard as I do it myself, but bad management brings bad tennants, therefore affecting those that want to call an apartment a home. Best of luck to all.
