I JUST SIGNED MY 3RD LEASE AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WILL CERTAINLY BE MY LAST. MY RENT HAS GONE UP REPEATEDLY EVERY LEASE RENEWAL. I AM PAYING 925.00 WITH ALL THE ADDED FEES FOR A ONE BEDROOM - ONE BATH DEN.( THIS INCLUDES THE 15.00 PET RENT AND ALL THE OTHERS FEES - WATER/SANITATION/PEST CONTROL.)eEVERY LEASE RENEWAL I TRY TO GET THEM TO WORK WITH ME ON TEH RATES BUT EVERY TIME IT SEEMS AS IFTHEY DONT CARE TO KEEP THEIR CURRENT RESIDENTS. EVERY ORIGINAL TENANT IN MY BUILDING HAS MOVED - THE UNIT ABOVE ME HAS CHANGED HANDS 4 TIMES IN 2 YEARS.
THIS COMPLEX IS IN DIRE NEED OF SOME SERIOUS REPAINTING - I EMAILED CORPORATE AND THE OFFICE ASKING ABOUT RENOVATIONS AND NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK.
USUALLY THE MAINTENCE PEOPLE WORK FAST(IF THE OFFICE REMEMBERS TO PLACE THE WORK ORDER. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND EFFICENT.
WHAT HAS KILLED THIS COMPLEX FOR ME .. IS THE MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED REPEATEDLY. ITS HIT OR MISS HERE.
I LIKE THE UNITS - I LIKE THE TENANTS & THAT IS WHY I HAVE STAYED HERE.
BUT FOR THE 22K I HAVE SPENT ON RENT/DEPOSITS SINCE LIVING HERE .. IS SO NOT WORTH IT.

I agree the apartments are nice, the community is excellent but since the old stoneleigh management left things changed.The new mangement have raised rents drastically and their attitude towards tenants is unpleasant.It seems like they look down on people.If there is one thing that is going to make me move out, its the management staff.
