Parking is non existent near my building. Everyone takes pride in their home and the grounds are kept clean. Maintenance comes immediately. The gate is nice but people wait and sneak in behind you so I wish there was an actual human being there. Parking is just really crappy around my building and the old manager was awesome. I'd recommend it definately. You'll pay a lot but it's worth it once you see the piece of crap apartments in the area.
