My husband and I moved here from Az 6 months ago, and were looking for a safe and secure feeling apartment complex, for when he deploys and I am here alone. We were delighted to find Clear Creek meadows. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Copperas Cove. The area is pretty nice, but inside the complex is very pretty. I definitely feel safe here. There is no loud music playing at all hours, nor are there gangs of teenagers running around being noisy. The neighbors are very friendly, and the apartments are spacious. I really like the high ceilings.

THe pool is well maintained as are all the grounds of the complex. Tere is a weight and excercise room that is also well maintained. The grass is always well kept and the area is always clean. THere is never any trash laying around, and the dumpsters are emptied regularly.

As for the maintainance and office personnel, I cannot say enough good things about them. THe ladies at the office are so sweet and helpful, and they always take care of any problems (which are few) very quickly. The maintainance people are the best I've ever come across. Any time anything has needed to be fixed, they have fixed it with a quickness and always do it right the first time.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to any and everyone. It is well worth the price.
