Moved here in May of 2008 from Houston to go to Tarleton State University and have been here a year. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Had two problems with the apartment in a year(shower dripping and nail coming through carpet), but made a call and both were fixed the same day. Management will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. Pool and workout room are always clean and usually never crowded. This place is well above your average apartment living.
