Don't you find it kind of ironic that an apartment complex that has been around for 5 years, gets 1 bad review, and then suddenly good reviews start popping up out of nowhere. What is even more ironic is the fact that the office staff was given a 5 rating by these reviews. Irony or fake reviews generated by the office staff's apartment complex - you decide. I don't know anyone that would have anything nice to say about the office staff, but I recognize that is my opinion. This on the other hand is a fact. During the early years at Kensington, a lot of mistakes were made on peoples leases that resulted in Kensington losing money. Now guess who they take this out on now. If you decide to go with Kensington please be carefull.
