WARNING ? KENSINGTON PARK IN CORINTH

To start with it should be noted that I have been renting apartments for years and I have zero rental violations; I have perfect rental history. The first thing I want to mention is the horrible cricket problem they have; the complex is next to an open field and it is absolutely infested with crickets. We didn?t figure out that the apartments had this problem until we moved in. There were so many crickets that the exterminator said there is nothing he can do because they are already inside the walls of the apartment. Kensington also screwed me over after I moved out. The first thing they did was charge me $90 dollars for painting the apartment. I don?t have children or a pet. As a matter of fact we cleaned marks off the walls before we moved out. The second thing they did was denied that we turned in our parking stickers. They charged us $50 each ($100) for those 5 cent pieces of plastic. We turned them in to the office and made the mistake of not getting a receipt. I mean, come on, what am I going to do with 2 parking stickers from my old complex' They are crooks and they will screw you every chance they get.
