Everything is cheap when they are talking to you about leasing, but as soon as you sign, it is otherwise. Also the amenities are not as great as they say.
The $300 pet deposit is PER PET.
There is a $150 deposit to install a dish.
The hot tub only works every once in a while.
The theater can only be used 9 to 5.
The pool tables can only be used 9 to 5.
There are spiders and crickets everywhere.
You can hear your neighbors.
The window glass does not keep out heat.

I checked out these apartments and they are very upfront about everything. It even says on their flyer what the pet deposit is. As for the $150 for the dish well it is refundable. They only require it so that the people who install it do not damage thier buildings. As far as bugs, well no one can controll nature. This apartment is in the country. I do beleive they have pest control every week. Just remember that you live in an apartment, you have like 300 to 400 neighbors you would even hear your neighbors if you lived in a house. All I have to say is that if you are nice to the people then they will do whatever they can to help. If you go in angry people are less likely to go out of thier way for you, what do you expect.
