Rude office girls. Inforcing rules of fines hap-hazzardly off and on, such as trash being placed out at wrong times, a bag at my front door breaking fire code. They easily charged fines for these infringements but I look around EVERY day and trash is out at the wrong times, dog poo everywhere. Since they are not in the office they said they can't catch all the violators all the time! But they forcefully and threateningly made sure I payed my fine for a bag at my front door! Yet I see trash and paper around the property that others don't bother to put in anything better than a walmart bag. This is the third ownership of this place since I moved in and by far the worse. The funny thing is - they applied - and got approval for a low income housing tax break. They now DON'T have to pay property taxes to the City of Corinth. The school district lost at least $250,000! And yet they try to show how lucky we are to have these apartments in Corinth. The 2 bedroom 2 bath low income rate for those that qualify is 785.00. Is that REALLY a help to that family' To the community' By law only 30% of the apartments here are required to rent at the reduced rate to pass for low income housing. Yet they get a HUGE tax break, fine all of us that live here for minor things, charge for everything, - A 30 day notice of release of a storage closet that costs $10 a month, $50 an HOUR for private or after hour use of the clubhouse, only free use is 9-5, Pool is Dirty, Hot Tub is Lukewarm Tub, the bathrooms meant for use by the workout room/bb court or pool users are ALWAYS locked. (management claims it is the residents fault for being so messy that they had to lock them permanently)- (isn't there a code violation here'!), Pet deposit - PLUS $5 a month per pet (this was not charged when I first moved here), high sewer-water rate, very high utility bill compared to friends living in houses down the street , security gates work, then they don't work, holes in "security fence" big enough for pets and people to enter, etc.
Another big pet peeve is when living downstairs and you are in the master bath, you know every time the person above you flushes the toilet as the 'water' loudly runs down the pipes in your bathroom wall. This can also be heard in the master bedroom at night.
I would not be here except I have to be in Corinth, and don't want to rent a crappy house in a crappy area which is the alternative. These apartments are better than a crappy house, and in a decent location,(although loud highway noise) but that is the only positive thing.
I could go on and on...

Oh please quit your whining...this is an apartment and not a house. How is the engineering of these apts. the staffs fault and where the apt. were built is that the staffs fault as well??? You say the apts. are in a decent location but yet you go on to talk about the highway noise...come on now! Quit griping. As for the trash violations how would it look if everyone were to put trash outside their front doors-pretty tacky dont you think??? The staff runs tons of apt. doors and their right how could they catch every violator??? Just follow the simple rules and dont be a violator and Im sure like me you wont have any problems with the staff! I think the girls are doing a great job and have met everyone of them, they are very pleasant girls.
