I live in the Kensington apt. They are super nice. I love the layout of my apt. I love everything in a whole, but they need to work on upkeep. I payed more a month to get the better amenities. They really save you money in the longrun, but the gym is starting to fall apart. The machines have been broken with signs on them for a while. The carpet is torn up and the speakers are busted in the ceiling. The car wash is also having some issues. They also need to keep up with cleaning the hot tub. It gets real gross.Other than these few nit picky things the place is great. Management has usually helped me with everything. They are really strict, but fair. Do not move in if you are one of those people that want to work a deal. They stick to your lease. I dont mind it keeps the place in order. I have had a great experience so far. I will release most likely.
