how many management changes does this place go through' I have lived here 1 year and have seen 3-4 different managers alone. the last crew of women in the office were nice and friendly and seemed to be all about customer satisfaction. now the girls are clueless and not that friendly. the new assistant put a notice to vacate on my door with 3 days to leave for no payment for rent. i went in to talk to her about this and she finally found out she had put it in someone elses apartment. she never said sorry and acted as if i put her out to find out what happened to my rent. she was very unprofessional and the manager was hiding in her office the whole time she never even came out to introduce herself "WOW" great customer service. the only thing they have here that is decent is maintenance, but even they can not seem to keep anyone besides Roy. This tells me it must be upper management. Get your stuff together and this could be a nice complex. By the way there is a brand new complex opening up less than 1 mile away so I expect if things dont change they are going to lose a lot of good residents like myself.

One of the maintenance men told me that one of the girls got fired for the way she dressed. That the supervisor for Kesington actually fired her for that. How petty, these reviews are right uppermanagement seems to be the ones with the issues. I would not work for an establishment that told me how to dress, I think we all graduated elementary school didn't we? Upper Management needs to look in to the true issues that occur here and not the little things. I am one looking in to the new place as mentioned above.

Oh my gosh! That same thing happened to my best friend that lived here! They kept applying her rent to another persons! How much more hassle could they cause?! I am so glad we are out of here at the end of the month!
