ok now this place is nice, but the management seems to change every other month. they had a manager in here at one time that actually stayed a while, but since they have gone through 3 different managers. the first set of girls seemed friendly and very out going willing to go the extra mile. which is good coming in as a new acting manager it showed they cared. Manangement must have run them off as well. The second one seemed as if she did not want to be there at all. We will see where this one goes. Apparantely this must be coming from upper management and it seems that the only people that stick around here is the maintenance men. I feel sorry for the office personnel and the residents here. if you want a place that is over priced and lack of management then this place would be it. Other than that go to the next place. They raised my rent $25 and for what''' You cant get a decent crew in here to run this place. Get a clue "upper management" when people don't stick around look at the higher level. I will be moving in 30 days along with about 3 other neighbors!
