This has been the worst experience I could have asked for. I have had problems since the first week I moved in. I was called back into the office three weeks after I moved in to pay more money for the first month rent because someone had messed up on the calculations. When dealing with other money matters, the management could even explain all of the fees to me. It became an office effort to decipher my fee and payment history. This also took over a month to completely solve. I have lived here only 6 months and have seen the management change twice. The management staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I continuously receive the "balance due" statements on my door for things I am never notified of, and I actually received a 24 hour notice in my MAILBOX! I guess I missed the rule that I must check my mail everyday... My personal information somehow slipped into the hands of another 2 days after I filled out an application. On this fraudulent account, my address was at Kensington Park. I had not even signed a lease, or been accepted for that matter! I wonder who had the information... When I confronted the management, she basically told me to buy a shredder! Everyone in the office has done nothing but talk down to me. One of my neighbors and I are moving and filing complaints. Yes, these are large apartments but they are not worth the overpriced rent, rude management, and hassle. If I pay that much to live here, I expect at least some common courtesy. Pool is usually dirty, and the fence needs repair all over. However, the maintenance is friendly. The amount of vancant apartments has drastically increased and is quite noticable. Do not move here, I obviously do not recommend it. Perhaps I will have to leave another review when I move out in a few weeks.

you know that is illegal for them to put anything in to your mailbox...that is a federal offense. any notices like that have to be placed and posted on the inside of your dwelling and posted behind the door. they obviously dont know the laws and need to read their RedBook!!!
