So when our lease was up in April, we decided to sign another one b/c this is the only complex in Corinth...I thought we could just live thru one more yr and then we would buy our house and that would be the end of apt. living!!
Can I even tell you how PISSED off it makes me that it's going to cost us about $3,000 to get out of this HORRID place!!! First off the "relet fee" 803.00, then we have to pay the "discounts" that we have gotten on rent since we signed our last least. Which is about 110.00 per month (which is going to be about 1,000) and not to mention that we still have to pay our rent even if we don't live there until they are able to lease out our apt!! And b/c the ladies in the office are such ------- i'm sure they won't lease our apt. so they can squeeze more money from us!! Our electric bill has been average 285.00 per month. We have a 926 sqft. apt!!! THAT IS F_ING RIDICULOUS!!! And our water bill is always over 30.00 per month!!!
I HATE KENSINGTON PARK!!!! THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE MEAN AND RUDE AND NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES!!! THEY LOOK LIKE TRASH!! AND THEY CHANGE MANAGERS EVERY 3 MONTHS!!
DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL BE LIVING IN HELL!!!
THe only good this about this place is Roy the maint. guy!! He's BADASS and will fix anything and he's always nice!!!

Just FYI... I used to work in leasing apartments and almost ALL leases are the same if you try to get out early. You have to pay back everything that you mentioned. And, yes, unless they are 100% full, the will probably not push your apartment unless it is in a "hot spot". All I can say is... read the lease more carefully next time! Duh!
