The staff don't do crap they say they are going to do. They talk a lot of mumbo jumbo but the job never gets done. The paint in my apartment chips when I brush against the wall - more crap. My neighbor upstairs is a fat, balding, late twenty something who is still trying to be cool by listening to rap music at all hours of the night. He also stomps and bangs on the walls for no apparent reason. The staff haven't done crap about it either. I have complained numerous times....very politely I will add.....and got no results. Screw Kensington Park. I'm definitely moving when my lease is up. ADIOS.
