I have lived in this complex for five years and have had problems with management a few times over the years. There's been a lot of staff coming and going but I really love the location and the ammenities they have are better than any complex I've ever been to. Their new manager that's been there a few months has really taken the bull by the horns and has made this place great again. Maintenance is always there as soon as you call them and the office ladies are always so nice. They seem to really care about you and they want to make sure that you're happy. I like my neighbors and I don't plan on going anywhere for a while. I would suggest that anyone looking to move here seriously consider it because it really is a nice place. I felt like most of these people on here are just mad about stuff and that they don't always tell the truth, especially if they don't even have the nerve to leave their own name. No place is perfect, but it's obvious to this happy resident that these folks will do whatever they have to to make you happy.

of course no one wants to leave there name - that is because they do not want to have any sort of retaliation from managment or maintenance. THE NEW MANAGER - well she is probably doing her job to the best of her ability, however her tone is a bit harsh with the notices we receive and in personal dealings as well.
