Management has said is too expensive to fix the drainage around the pool. So dirt and run off from the building goes into the pool. So every time it rains much. POOL Closed!

Keep records of all transactions with the office. Management changes every few months.

Shuffle board in the office needs, special sand to play, they have forgotten to buy it for weeks now.

Dog poop is all over. It feels like walking through a dog poop yard. The outdoor volleyball has been unusable for the last 4 months.

Gates work erratically, and you may be locked out in the middle of the night.

Management in the office lies almost every time I go there. They say I will check on that and get back to you...

Walking Gate by the mail boxes has not been working for months, even after repeated maintained request.

We are unable to walk down the path to the health club because the gates are locked, because the pool is still closed. I think this is the 4th week now in this hot summer.

The freeway is SOOO noisy here. I thought I would get used to it. But it just grows in its announce.

When looking at the apartment, the management said, You won t even notice the sound (roar) of the freeway when you get you stuff in it will muffle the sound. No!

Overall:
I have lived in many apartments, this is the worst.

The management lies.

The freeway is noisy.

The pool is closed on average 6 weeks out of the summer.
