I rented here in Nov 07 and the mgmt changed hands the day I rented. I have heard bad things about the previous mgmt, but the new folks are engaged and on the ball in making tentants happy. The property is much better maintained, the mgrs respond quickly to service requests, I've never seen or heard a loud party, and the floorplans are spacious. One night about 11 pm, my power went out--main breaker. I called the office and was prompted to leave a message. I was surprised but happy to receive a call back within 2 minutes. The maintenance man was there in 10 minutes and repaired the problem asap. I've had a couple of other small maintenance issues and they were address promptly as well. The mgrs are constantly doing small things for tenants--standing out in the cold handing out donuts and coffee as you drive by to leave for work, arranging pizza night, throwing socials, etc. That stuff might not be your "thing" but is sure shows care, concern and involvement with the tenants.
