Good Apt - Hate to Move out

Kensington Park has been great from start to finish of my 1-year lease. The management works with residents to ensure a great stay. They plan social activities and serve donuts and juice some morning.
The complex is in a good location, there's a small but great park behind it. The one-bed rooms have enormous kitchens and, bathrooms, and closet which is not so typical with many other places. Two sinks in the kitchen was great for a married couple. Plenty of windows, a decent patio, and a wine rack was also nice.
There were only things that bugged me for part of our stay. First, try not to get in a building close to the ravine. During the summer bugs tend to hang around your patio. It's nothing unbearable though. Also, the apartment uses one trash compactor. This could work great but people tend to be lazy and don't actually throw there trash in all the way and start the compactor. They sometimes let it just pile up on the sidewalk next to the compactor.
Overall, Great place to live!!
