Please, please, don't live here.

The office staff will do anything and everything to screw you over. From billing you for random expenses that never occured to billing you twice and refusing to change the bill, you will end up paying for living here.

I lived there for 2 years - my dishwasher almost never worked and leaked constantly, my smoke alarms and alarm system (that the office doesn't even know how to work) beeped constantly. Despite mait. requests, these things were never fixed. I ended up replacing all the alarms myself and just unplugging the security system.

The gates never work. There are lound, drunken balcony parties at all hours - even on weekdays. More so, there are offensive guys who like to hop over your balcony (on the first floor) and ask you out/for beer/say lude things to you...if they see you in your living room.

There was ALWAYS pet leavings all over the grounds, the pool was always closed and the hottub never so much as warm.

If any complaints are made to the office staff, you are either treated poorly and lied to or just ignored. The manager, April is impossible to get ahold of and all but refuses to speak directly with tenants - unless she's chewing them out...like literally yelling at times. Amy is her lackey. They shift blame for things back and forth - but mostly they blame the residents for anything.

This place was rather pleasant, with only typical problems before this last group of office staff (particularly the head witches, Amy and April).

After awhile you just learn to live with the issues - realizing your paying top dollar for the equivalent of low-income service. The apartments themselves are nice when they are not falling apart. Laundry room washing machines often smell of cat piss.

Seriously, please don't let the pretty trees suck you in. It's not worth it.

This girl had a filthy apartment and was mad because she had to pay out of her deposit, I saw her apartment after she moved out, it was disgusting, people who don't follow rules, are always mad at those who enforce them, and I think she is rather tacky for going on the internet saying peoples names (Amy and April) she didn't tell her own though!lol
