Me and my boyfriend are really considering living here, but it seems we need a REAL review. We want the positives and negatives...not a staff written review nor a review from an angry resident who didn't get their deposit back because their dog tore up the place... Just simply an overall experience. We loved what we saw when we viewed it, especially since its 3 miles from our school, but we want to know the TRUE facts before we sign our name over..

It's a nice place. As long as you are a resident who knows the rules and doesn't approach the staff in a hostile way you should love it there. It just goes to show people who are respectful get respect. These people have always been very friendly to me. Sure they have issues sometimes with gates and sometimes the pool has to be closed due to cleaning, but that is everywhere. No place is 100% perfect! But this place has lots of amenities and the neighbors seem to be very friendly

I don't know. It's kind of upsetting to think the office staff would interfere with their reviews. I don't see why they don't take this opportunity to better themselves, rather than defending their what seems to be apparent bad customer service. I just really want to know the ups and downs about living here in an unbiased opinion.

Here is a real response. We have lived here a year. We are moving in August. My fiance does want to move, but he drives 45 minutes to work so we are moving closer to him. Positives: Great 1 bedroom layout, maintenance has always helped us right away, I NEVER hear my neighbors, the apartment complex is quiet, only one instance of "crime" that I know of when someone took a fake snow spray bottle and sprayed some cars (including ours), location is great in a neighborhood area. Negatives: pool is not well kept... I usually go there, but only get in sometimes when the water is not foggy; the gates will not work so if you are for sure looking for a gated community this really is not one, the pay increased by 10 dollars if that is a concern for you, the bedrooms have really large windows so it gets really hot/cold in there during winter & summer, a little noisy from the interstate if you sit outside (we are not used to this as we are from a rural area), the garbage! really drives me crazy sometimes it gets filled up too much and spills over so there is a big garbage pile by the garbage... they really should just get another garbage thing. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any specific questions. This is a real response we haven't went through the process of getting our deposit back or anything so we will see how it goes... hopefully well.

I will post a honest review. I have lived here for 6 months. I love the location, my apt layout and most of my neighbors. The gym is awesome I use it several times a week! Now for some negative things: sometimes the clickers do not work to let you in the workout room, which is frustrating! Also you are only given one free clicker per person, which seems stupid I feel every name on the lease should get one. I have only had one bad experience with a creepy neighbor. The rest of my neighbors are friendly! The thing about the gate is true, usually it is always open-which kind of defeats the purpose of having a gated community. The staff has always been friendly to me, but I've never been rude to them. That is the best I can tell you!!!

here is another real review. When I first moved in, the apartment was not even clean and there were things that hadnt even been fixed; such as the tiles, bathtub coaking, dishwasher, and a door that didn't lock. (I will mention these are just a few things I will mention). The staff did not fix these things before I moved into this apartment. I had to wait for weeks for all of it to be fixed, while I was living here. yes it is true, that the gates never work. The gates are open most of the time because the remotes do not work all the time. Around the apartment the gated fence is torn up where people had ripped the poles off so they can have a short cut to walk to the store or something, anybody can come in through the sides of the apartment complex where they ripped it off. In fact, it was like this the whole 12 months I lived here. So if you want a gated community, if you really think about it, it's like not having one here and paying for one. The sand volley ball court is all weeds and no sand. The pool is always messed up or foggy. And for the person above, good luck with getting that deposit back. You could have that place so clean and perfect, but they will find a way to make charges toward you.Thats how this place is.

I have to put my two cents in on this one. I moved to TX from WA in 12/08. All paperwork was signed & faxed so I would be able to get the keys when I arrived & just go to my apt. The layout of the 1bdrm is super. The bathroom door would have been better served if it was a pocket door. Everyone was also pleasant with me and any maintenance that needed to be done was fixed the same day. I had to move out after being there two months as I could not afford the rent on my poor salary. I gave one month's notice but was told the notice was actually two month's notice as stated on the contract! Since I had to pay a healthy deposit I told them to take the rent out of the deposit knowing I wouldn't get it back. Then I was told I would have to pay the rest of the lease after my deposit was deducted because I didn't stay the full 12 months. I couldn't afford the rent & I definitely couldn't & can't afford it now. My apartment was rented within two weeks of my departure. If you read the contract in its entirety, it's worded so you can't even get out of the lease even if you die!!! I loved living there and like I said; just couldn't afford it & electricity bill too. Anyone considering to rent there please read the contract through & through. Oh, about the gates--even when the main gate by the community center is closed, the back gate by the freeway is never shut so you will have a false sense of security if you go strictly by the main gate's working. Just my two cents.
