The maintenance staff I did not have a problem with, but that is the only good thing about this place. The apartments do have a good lay out, but they are maintained on the cheap, Even though the apartment is reasonable, it is very expensive for what you get, especially compared to other local apartment complexes, and the office staff really make life miserable. They are definitely incompetent and in addition to the incompetence, they are absolutely rude and not at all helpful .They do not even do the bare minimum for customer service - unless they are trying to get someone to sign a lease. The regulations are applied irregularly, and haphazardly, and the office staff has no interest in enforcing their own regulations - likely because they are too busy writing notices that rent is late to people who already paid their rent. They were dishonest about information prior to move in, and accept no accountability or responsibility for anything said (or emailed) by staff. Not a happy apartment experience.
