I have lived here for a year and a half and have not had any of the problems I have read here. I never hear noise outside, the grounds and pool are always clean and pretty, and the afterschool program is great. The office has always taken care of anything I have asked. They are very nice. I have a big apartment and have a wonderful place that my kids go afterschool that doesnt cost me anything. Even if I am home they want to go to the afterschool program. It is a nice place to live.

Which building do you live in.... cuz that's where I wanna be!! My building has two great neighbors I never hear a peep from but the other two make up for it. They are constantly loud and rude, and the office expects us to just deal with it because they don't want to lose a rent check by kicking someone out or allowing the un-noisy ones to leave. The afterschool program has troubled kids who use bad language, bully littler kids, and just allows them a place to go to when schools out.... there is no curriculum, no homework help, no structure, just movies and a playground. I am disappointed in the apartments!
