Do not move here! Cockroach and ant infested
No maintenance
The security gates have never worked
Only one trash bin at one end of the complex
The pool is always dirty
The furniture at the pool is old and broken
There have been 8 units broke into in two weeks
The work out equipment has been broke

Do not rent here This is a terrible place to live. New MGMNT are very rude, they charge you for cable at the same time you pay the cable co. it is infested with roaches. All tenants are moving out due to the fact that MGMNT is telling everyone there paper work is not complete after living there

good place to live I have lived here for a year and a half and have not had any of the problems I have read here. I never hear noise outside, the grounds and pool are always clean and pretty, and the afterschool program is great. The office has always taken care of anything I have asked.
