Best apartment complex in Denton/Corinth! - First off, I am a mother of 2 and although it is nobody's business but just for the satisfaction of the numb skulls who are going to pass judgement like the negative reviewer who commented below, I am indeed married and not on Section 8, I have lived in apartments for the past 6 years, from Denton to Sanger and now here in Corinth & hands down this apartment complex IS better ...Full review of Tower Ridge Apartments

Enjoyed my stay! I just recently moved from Kensington Park due to relocation of my work. I enjoyed my time at Kensington and did not have a major issue to report. The times that I had to communicate with the office they were responsive to my needs and very helpful.

Do not move here! Cockroach and ant infested
No maintenance
The security gates have never worked
Only one trash bin at one end of the complex
The pool is always dirty
The furniture at the pool is old and broken
There have been 8 units broke into in two weeks
The work out equipment has been broke

Do not rent here This is a terrible place to live. New MGMNT are very rude, they charge you for cable at the same time you pay the cable co. it is infested with roaches. All tenants are moving out due to the fact that MGMNT is telling everyone there paper work is not complete after living there
