Very pleasent place to live - Carmel Manor is a very pleasant place to live. The office manager is great and really takes care of her residents better than I have ever experienced. Most residents are very nice and courteous. There are more cockroaches than normal, but outside not in, and that has to do with the abundance of trees and plants that make the place look so nice.
