The move-in experience at Baypoint Resort Apts was better than smooth. Everything was ready, they walked the apt personally, and they leave a couple of little amenities, like two colas, snack mix, breakfast bar, clothes and dish detergent, and TP.
The view is beautiful, the jogging path is nice, fitness facility is slightly bigger than most, and the complex seems pretty quiet so far. Seems to be plenty of parking. Staff has been very helpful with any little thing I need.

I am not going to plaster my full, real name all over the internet, but my first name is Mark. I just moved into Building 3 a couple of weeks ago. I moved to CC to work at the Flint Hills Refinery. And, other than living in their apartments, I am not affiliated with the Complex or Management Company. I saw all the bad reviews previous to making decision and brought my concerns up with the Manager, specifically noise. So far it has been very quiet, so I felt it best to document it on apartmentratings.com. Thanks, Mark
