My brother, his g/f and I lived here for the summer.
We really had a great time. The pool is awesome, the BBQ's were new, sand volleyball court (which rocked!!!) a bunch of nice people, and a decent gym.
The staff was really nice, and the repairs were always done professionally and promptly.
There was a slight bug problem, but it turned out it was a Time Warner guy who gave us a cable box with roaches in it. No problem, just ask the desk for a spray.
The only bad thing I'd say was you can only pay rent by check (at least that's the way it was last summer)
