I've been here only six weeks but I feel very lucky to have found this apartment. True, the buildings are a little time worn, but I understand there are plans to repaint and spruce the place up. That notwithstanding, my apartment is very large for a one bedroom, I have an abundance of closet space and my own washer and dryer right in the unit. Then, look out my living room/dining room windows and all you can see is water. I couldn't be happier!!!!
