I have lived at Valhalla for about 3 years now. There was a point where we seemed to change management companies every couple of months, and i have had quite a few different neighbors, but I love my apartment. My current neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful.
I have never had a problem with the new staff, they always seem willing to help.
In the 3 years that I have lived there,I have had to put in a work order for maintenance twice and both times the problems were resolved quickly.
I have had circumstances which prevented me from paying my rent on time 3 times, and all times the staff was willing to work with me.
I have also witnessed 2 domestic disputes that resulted in cops showing up.
You can get stuck by crappy inconsiderate neighbors anywhere you go, i don't necessarily think the management staff if totally responsible for that.
I have a nice sized living room, and i love the layout.
My only real problem with the property is the parking. There are no lines, people park crazy and if you get home after 7pm you are gonna have a hard time finding a spot!
