Horrible place to live!

This place screwed us....when we moved in, our carpet was stained. We wrote it on the paper they give you while you inspect it before you move in, but they conveniently lost it when it was time to move out. Needless to say, they charged us for the carpet. They were unwilling to give us the carpet's history before we moved in, I guess they thought the carpet's privacy rights would be invaded. All they want is your money. Also, they got tar all over our vehicle when they were redoing the pavement, and didn't put a notice on our door that they were doing it. If you move in, make sure you make a copy of what you have written down when moving into the apartment.
