I've lived at The Veranda for seven months, and I've not experienced any major problems. My neighbors are all very concientious about noise levels, it's really quiet. I love it there, I always feel very safe and secure. The only reason I'm moving is because the rent is getting too expensive for me. I wouldn't be leaving, otherwise.

The office management has changed very recently, not sure why, so I can't really comment on the new people. The old management was great, though, and the maintenance crew is really nice.

About the only complaint I have is that people let their dogs "do their business" anywhere and everywhere and they often do not pick up the mess. It's pretty disgusting. There are bags and trash containers conveniently located for this purpose but people just ignore them. The management did send a notice saying they would fine people for this, and it has improved somewhat, but I still won't walk in the grass.

All in all, I've had a very pleasant experience living there.
