The problem at Weber Square has nothing to do with management really because they are normally quick to reply to any complaint and will gladly fix any problems if they can. The problem is with neighbors who take no pride in where or how they live. Yes, the walls are very thin and unless you have a crabby neighbor always jumping down your throat (like I did and still do) about you making "too much noise" (which I certainly do NOT), you learn to just endure it and realize that you don't live at the Taj Mahal lol. The pool appears to be clean to me and they keep it locked unless you ask to use it. The laundry rooms are NOT locked, ever that I have seen. Another weird fact here is that you pay "prorated water bill" which is just crazy since nearly every apartment complex pays the water. It can add another $20-$30 to your monthly bill! On the PLUS side, where else could I rent or live that would allow me to have my two small shih-tzus AND a small parrot'!! For the last reason alone I will probably stay right where I am at!
