First off, the staff is SO RUDE!! The parking is horrible, and the model apartment that was showed to us, looked nothing like the one we got. Parking is bad too, if you get there after 5:30 you probably wont get a parking spot close to your apartment. Also requested w/d connections twice, but maintenance never came. The staff seems nice at first, but once you have a complaint(big or small), they insist its your fault. We encountered a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD, but they did the least to keep us safe, said they couldn't guarantee us a safe place to live (it wasn't in the contract) and didn't even offer us another apartment! They didn't inform other tenants either! So if you incounter a safety hazard, you can expect that this apartment complex will do the absolute least to keep you safe! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had!!!
