B for effort and comfort, not for amenities

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The place wasn't bad, but I agree that parking would become atrocious particularly on weekends.

I would only be able to hear neighbors when there was knocking on their door, and about twice a night. Nothing beyond that.

The pool would be locked with a padlock during what should have been normal pool use hours, and I could not understand why.
