I am living here now & everything has been great. My lease will be up soon & I do plan to stay again. The maintenance man is wonderful, most problems are fixed within the first day of notifying management. Sometimes parking can be a hassle but there is always a place to park and some people there tend not to watch thier own children which I feel they should, but the kids pretty much okay. Not much happens which is a good thing. I like it.
