All in all a very nice complex and very reasonably priced for the area. However like most apartment living, a renter's experience depends greatly on the courtesy of their neighbors and their guests. Have lived here a couple of months and was great during the summer, but as soon as College started back up, we saw an increase of suspucious traffic in the parking lot with college kids smoking weed ( yeah I know what it smells like)I could have lived in any number of apartments in town
