I enjoyed my time at Broadstone. I really liked the girls in the office, particularly Roxanne. She responded to all email service requests or questions immediately and was always extremely nice and treated me with the utmost respect. And she always followed up with me to make sure that I was happy. Very professional - an asset to Broadstone.

The grounds were always kept up very well, and it was a beautiful and peaceful place to live. It is very pleasant to walk around the complex. They have places for you to sit under shade trees. Nice for animal lovers that like to walk their pets. They have a very nice paved walkway under shade trees, my dogs absolutely loved it. Very peaceful atmosphere.

The trash pickup was excellent and often. I lived at Villas at Cypresswood previously, and trash was a nightmare. They only had one dumpster and only picked up once a week, so it was overflowing every week. Broadstone took great care to make sure this never happened.

I do feel obligated to comment on the location of the washer & dryer... they were downstairs in the garage with no climate control, and the dryer didn't have a buzzer, so it was a challenge to catch it at the right time.

I would definitely recommend this complex.
