This is a horrible place to live. I have lived here for 15 months and am surrounded by minorities who don't have jobs and deal and do drugs. The teenagers break into the pool area without supervision and trash up the area with litter and their dirty mouths. Don't live here!!

Dear Mr./Mrs. Anonymous: I can understand how disappointing it can be to move into a new place that starts out beautiful and then over time begins to loose the appeal that drew you to the complex in the first place. But anyone with the least amount of compassion won't feel any sympathy for your turmoil because your racism shows more than the problems you're having with the complex. And so, as you prepare to find another place to call home I just want to wish you good-luck with finding a place to live where ONLY racist people live like yourself.

I currently live here and the only issue I have seen is the kids breaking into the pool. But it seems to have helped that they now require a pool bracelet to use the pool and they have a on-site couristy officer. They also encourged me to call the police if any issues arise after hours. I have not seen any large dogs and don't have a issue with poop or trash. They do need another trash dumpster because the only one they have gets full so then the residents just pile their trash in front of it. Lately the gate has been broke but they just fixed it. If you have a drug dealer next to you call the cops! Heck we even have a cop that lives in the complex.

Funny! I think that the anonymous' rant of a review is not about the apartment complex but about a people, living within the complex and away from it. I've lived here for about three weeks and the only issues I may address are the occasional overspeeding within the complex and the occasional idiots who don't clean after their dogs poo. On the issue of this racist's inner feelings, I can say that I'm an from Africa and I'm not black as he is putting. Secondly, he is fairly ignorant of the history of the black community. What he wants to believe is the faulty way of life, which not what the black man is, but what he was made to be since the 15th Century. Good thing though is that within the next 100 years, and that is if he lives that long, his view of the whole world, and not just that of the black community, will come more sane to him. If he is from Europe, which I assume so, he may not be aware of Europe under the dark ages. If he tells me from his culture is, I may tell him just a little bit more. Good luck and keep on running!

i find it funny to even read a post that claims there actually exists a predominantly black area that's not high in crime and full of disrespectful residents(boomcars,peopleroaming the property all hours of the night,loud talking and yelling all hours and id i mention the noise? i'd rather live in a predominantly white community ANYtime as opposed to a black or hispanic dominated complex.whether people want to admit there's a difference or not is moot,cause there IS difference.and if living peacefully means searching for a white area is a racist 'action' then that's totally tough crapola to people who believe such!!i may pay a bit more to live in predominantly white area but it's worth the peace and quiet!!

THANK YOU!! Those are EXACTLY my sentiments. I am NOT a racist, however, there is something to say about crime in predominantly black and hispanic neighborhoods. I don't know why this is, but white citizens are generally more respectful than other races. Thank you for your post.

WOW like Black & Hispanic areas are the only areas that have crime? Listen people, crime is crime, Period. Not everybody that is Black or Hispanic is a thug or commits crimes. Just how you got offended because you looked at as being a racist, how do you think others feel that are black or hispanic? There are areas that are mostly White populated, that have a high crime rate too. Do your research, just because you move to "All white" neighborhood doesnt mean crime will not exist. This is why WE as a people cant get along and this is why racial tension between people are so high. I have lived in Greenspoint for 15 years, and yes the population is mostly black and hispanic but I now live in Cypress, Tx and it seems there are more White people out here and I still see crime from white people. So whether you are black, white, hispanic, or asian...Crime is Crime no matter who is doing it, because the young college white boys that stay below me in the complex I stay in dont care, they sell Weed and dope all day. So what does thay say?????

I lived in acres homes and greenspoint area. HPD didn't give a XXX about enforcing the noise ordinance because of the low property tax money generated and because the majority living in the area does the crime. The common occurance makes it a normal everyday thing like the boom cars. I hate them. Those types of places happen to be dominated by minorities. AND Crime happens more often when a blind eye is turned. It all goes in a circle and can only be stopped by those deciding to do the crime. I hate it when people are inconsiderate of others. That is what is going on when small minds have a hard time grasping the concept of living among others and respecting their neigbors by obeying rules and laws put in place by all the people so as to not disturb everyones right to the pursuit of happiness. Loud music or voices, trashy people with trashy habits like dogs swimming in the pool and drug dealers attracting more trashy people. If a person wants to live in a nice quiet well kept clean place they have to keep running to new and more expensive areas until the small minds of all kinds have evolved!
