We have taken up apartment for the first time. It was a horriable experince at Central Park Regency, first you have to deal with new staff daily one person is not present all the time.
No hidden cost were disclosed at the time of renting the apt. The staff is very rigid and non-cooperative.
Apartment condition is very old, cabinates are all old and bad shape and condition, floor is make too much of nice and squeky, if your neighbour will take shower you will hear very clearly...and the biggest problem is COCKROCHES... You will see them evey where you sit you sleep and you cook they are with you.

I would never like to live in a place where ther are so many cockroaches....and staff is such a bad attitude...
