There are most definetly complexes that are less desireable; however, this complex is definitely one not to be judged by its cover, especially with the recent exterior renovations and beautiful flowers in the front. Before, there was considerable termite damage in the exterior siding and cracked concrete. That being said, current management presents a great front, with lovely smiles but is basically nonresponsive, dishonest and condescending. Many longterm (5-13years) residents were more than complitmentary when Walden Concierge managed the property in spite of the externals. A number have left or planning to leave. If you decide to check it out, take a good look around the property for yourself without a leasing agent. Ask several residents what they think. The opinions will vary, but like I said, it all depends on your perspective and what you are willing to settle for.

i've lived here about a year and agree completely about the management. i HATE having to go into the office - they always let you know with a smile (except for the one with the dark hair and glasses - she doesn't even bother) that you are troubling them.
