Moved here 8/07 and feel it's OK for the money. Staff is professional & responsive. Apt is roomy with great closets. No bugs, so far. Despite being remodeled, quality is still very average.Floors squeak so much I worry my downstairs neighbor must be annoyed. Landscaping and amenities are average. Trash and parking areas could be cleaner. Lots of minorities here, but most seem respectable. Once in awhile you hear domestic arguments or drunks screaming at 3 AM. My mother and sister lived here in the late 80's and it was a really nice place then. It's gone downhill (resident population less desirable), but I think there are attempts to turn things around. I haven't had security problems, but for some reason I just do not feel safe. I keep to myself. You get what you pay for....this is not the high life, but it's OK because most of us are regular people who just want a quiet, safe and pleasant place to live.
